SUMMARY:Harvest Moon: The Music of Neil Young
DESCRIPTION:Neil Young is a national treasure. A two time Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee\, his career has gone from acoustic and folk to country\, blues\, rock\, rockabilly\, experimental and beyond. Songs like “Hey Hey\, My My’ influenced acts such as Sonic Youth\, Dinosaur\, Jr and Nirvana earning him the title of “Godfather of Grunge”. More than 50 years into his career\, Neil continues to record and tour on a regular basis. \nHarvest Moon was formed to pay tribute to the legendary career of Neil Young. Drawing on his time with Buffalo Springfield\, Neil’s extensive solo career\, CSN&Y and the electrifying albums with Crazy Horse\, there is a lifetime of music to explore. \nComprised of seasoned veterans of the Atlanta music scene\, Harvest Moon was formed in 2018. The band was started by Rod Gunther on guitar and Henry Davis on keyboards\, both of whom are members of TRIBUTE – a celebration of The Allman Brothers Band. Rod and Henry have been bringing the music of ABB to Atlanta and the southeast for over 5 years now and are looking forward to adding this new project to the mix. Brad Berry\, of Reuben’s Bell and a long time anchor of the Metalsome events\, is on drums and vocals. Chris Holloway on guitar\, vocals and harmonica\, Wade Carreker on bass and vocals and Meg Scalise on vocals bring their incredible talents to round out the lineup. \nWith 4 part vocal harmonies and an instinctive feel for the music and vibe of Neil Young\, Harvest Moon is ready to bring these songs to life. Look for appearances at Atlanta venues and festivals in the coming months! \nTICKETING & RESERVATION INFO: \nPurchasing a General Admission ticket does not guarantee a seat/table. \nAdditional reservations are not required if a table\, booth or banquette have been purchased via Ticketfly. \nPLEASE NOTE: If earlier dinner reservations are made\, your seats are not guaranteed for the show. For example\, it is unlikely to be able to reserve a table at 8:00pm and keep it for a 10:00pm show. The only way to guarantee a seat for the show is to purchase table\, booth\, or banquette tickets. \nBar area and patio seating is reserved on a first-come\, first-serve basis. \nReservations for the Captain’s Room (private dining room) can be reserved for parties of 10-24 guests.
