DESCRIPTION:Kayte Burgess will be joined by some of the best musicians and vocalists in Atlanta including bassist Tres Gilbert (New Edition)\, drummer ‘Lil John Roberts (Janet Jackson)\, guitarist Tomi Martin (OutKast)\, and Indie keyboardist/vocalist Byron Henry Rose.  The will be playing Classic hits ranging from Journey to Teena Marie and more.  DJ Rev Lee and live Art from Corey Whitehead. \nOriginally from Toronto\, Canada\, Burgess studied voice\, piano and theory at the Royal Conservatory of Music.  At Humber College\, she studied Jazz performance\, arranging\, and theory at Humber College ultimately launching a series of international performances in from Toronto to Dubai\, Europe\, Caribbean\, and the U.S. Burgess’ original album recordings “My Own Design” and  “ Checked Baggage” received radio airplay in Canada\, France\, and the UK.   \nKayte has also performed as an opening act for many artists including Adina Howard\,  \nSean Kingston\, Erykah Badu\, Jill Scott\, and Eric Roberson.  Her film credits and extensive performance experience includes singing background for Al Green In the Feature Film “On The L “filmed in Toronto and Starring Lance Bass and Joey Fotone from NSync; She also sang backgrounds for Lionel Ritchie and Eric Roberson; and Kayte has performed In Toronto for Quincy Jones\, Mariah Carey\, Da Brat\, Jon B\, Tyrese\, John Legend and Andre 3000.   \nKayte is saluted as an artist that appeals to all audiences as she has performed for the National Association for Black Females in Music and Entertainment (NABFE) and the U.S. tour oF “Women Who Jam” while wowing stages in cities like New York\, Cleveland\, Detroit\, Washington DC\, Nashville\, Memphis\, Charlotte\, Atlanta\, and Los Angeles.  It was through this tour Kayte made contacts and became a regular performer in New York at Ashford & Simpsons Sugar Bar and on Showtime at the Apollo in New York.  It was when Kayte relocated to Atlanta she became part of a very successful corporate touring Unit “Simply Irresistible” founded by Ronnie Garret (Tyler Perry).  Kayte appeared in Tyler Perry’s ‘ “ I can do bad all by myself “ behind Mary J Blige and has performed in Atlanta for Tyler Perry\, Angie Stone\, India Arie\, Trina\, Raven Simone\, Donald Trump\, Toni Braxton\, and Ludacris.  Her Band “Simply Irresistible “ was featured on the first two seasons of the Reality Show “Braxton Family Values” as Trina Braxton was an original member of the band and brought the band on the show.  This Unit Simply Irresistible has opened up for Maroon Five\, Kelly Clarkson  Luke Bryan\,  Steven Tyler\, Pitbull along with entertaining various celebrities like Donald Trump\, Katie Couric\, Mike Tyson\, Monica\, and the Houston Rockets.  Kayte teaches music and dance to a wide range of students including disadvantaged youth at the Carerra after school program. DESCRIPTION:Featuring Ben Bailey on drums and Dave Frackenpohl on guitar.  \nBorn in Chicago\, IL\, Matthew Kaminski has been playing the Hammond Organ since he was five years old. Studying under Chicago jazz pianist Gordon James in his teens\, Matthew was accepted into the University of Arizona’s jazz studies department as a jazz pianist. There\, he studied jazz with Dr. Jeffrey Haskell and Mike Eckroth\, and played in the jazz ensemble and combos as well as studying classical piano with Dr. Suzanne Knosp. Matthew also attended master classes by Wynton Marsalis and Kitty Margolis\, and performed with vibraphonists/marimba musicians Dave Samuels and Dave Friedman.  \nMatthew has a passion for jazz organ playing and has studied with Hammond B3 masters Ike Stubblefield\, Tony Monaco\, and Scott Giddens\, as well a sharing the stage with fellow organists Pat Bianchi\, Linda Dachtyl\, Wil Blades\, Todd Hildreth and guitarist Grant Green Jr. Additionally\, Matthew has been a full time piano teacher since 2001 and currently teaches at The North Fulton School of Music’s Atlanta locations\, Callanwolde Fine Arts Center\, and has taught at the college level for Georgia Tech in Atlanta\, GA. SUMMARY:Bottomless Mimosa Brunch with Matthew Kaminski Trio
DESCRIPTION:Featuring Ben Bailey on drums and Dave Frackenpohl on guitar.  \nBorn in Chicago\, IL\, Matthew Kaminski has been playing the Hammond Organ since he was five years old. Studying under Chicago jazz pianist Gordon James in his teens\, Matthew was accepted into the University of Arizona’s jazz studies department as a jazz pianist. There\, he studied jazz with Dr. Jeffrey Haskell and Mike Eckroth\, and played in the jazz ensemble and combos as well as studying classical piano with Dr. Suzanne Knosp. Matthew also attended master classes by Wynton Marsalis and Kitty Margolis\, and performed with vibraphonists/marimba musicians Dave Samuels and Dave Friedman.  \nMatthew has a passion for jazz organ playing and has studied with Hammond B3 masters Ike Stubblefield\, Tony Monaco\, and Scott Giddens\, as well a sharing the stage with fellow organists Pat Bianchi\, Linda Dachtyl\, Wil Blades\, Todd Hildreth and guitarist Grant Green Jr. Additionally\, Matthew has been a full time piano teacher since 2001 and currently teaches at The North Fulton School of Music’s Atlanta locations\, Callanwolde Fine Arts Center\, and has taught at the college level for Georgia Tech in Atlanta\, GA. The Neon Queen will take you there! \nOur high-energy shows invite the audience to dance and sing along to some of the greatest pop songs of all time reinvented for a new age. \nThe Neon Queen are your alternative ABBA. \nTNQ’s version of “Mamma Mia” is available on most digital services like Spotify\, Apple Music\, Tidal\, Amazon Music and iTunes. \nMystery Cassette is an indie/alternative rock band from Atlanta consisting of Melissa Mason\, Jorge Sandrini\, Josh Bock\, and Ed Behan. Their debut single I Just Wanna Walk Around With You was released on September 6th\, a grooving jangle that tips its hat to a chance encounter Ms. Mason once had with Joey Ramone in a New York City restaurant. \nThe band’s style is a curious mash up of a Southern California songstress with a New Jersey rocker\, an NYC Velvet Underground freak\, and a hippie from Vermont.
