SUMMARY:Bottomless Mimosa Brunch with Wet Jeans
DESCRIPTION:With a pleasantly eclectic background and a mutual love for music\, Wet Jeans has quite the innovative yet powerful sound for a band consisting of just three members. The band was formed accidentally in 2013 when Caleb Little (lead vocals/guitar) thought his acoustic performance would be lot less boring with a rhythm section. He was not wrong. An invitation to the stage was sent to Neal Colledge (bass/vocals) and Brian Hekman (drums/vocals) whom\, before that night\, had never met. \nThe three men had such a great time performing together and not being boring that they decided right there on that very stage in the small town of Canton\, GA that their quest of aural endeavors was only beginning. Their collective love for pop-turned-rock cover songs and influence from the sounds of 90’s rock and Motown with dashes of classic blues and pop led the trio into writing their own material as well. And with the amalgamation of meaningful lyrics\, catchy melodies\, and driving rhythms of their originals blended with high-energy performances of their guilty-pleasure\, mega-fun covers\, Wet Jeans dares you to not have a good time. \nRESERVATION INFO: \nTickets are not available for FREE shows. Two of Atlanta’s best tribute bands\, Jerome Newton and the Band Who Fell to Earth\, and The Sledgehammers will treat you to an evening of music by David Bowie and Peter Gabriel. How much awesomeness can one stage hold?  \nThe Sledgehammers are an Atlanta based Peter Gabriel tribute band. They play selections from the icon’s legendary solo career with a heavy focus on the So and Us albums. Featuring 7 top-notch musicians from over the vast Atlanta music scene\, The Sledgehammers deliver a powerful and emotional show. The band approaches these unforgettable songs with a reverence to the man\, his message and the level of musicianship this music deserves.  \nJerome Newton and the Band Who Fell to Earth (the name is an allusion to Bowie’s iconic role in The Man Who Fell to Earth) has been called “a Bowie tribute for Bowie lovers”. They play music from his entire career – the hits and the deep cuts – with reverence and energy. They don’t try to “imitate” a particular phase – even Bowie himself brought a new persona to stage almost every year. Instead\, they bring their own approach to the material – never straying far from the source\, but never coming off as mere imitators either.
