Valentine’s Day Prix Fixe Dinner at Venkman’s

Dinner service begins at 5:30pm – band will play from 7-9:30pm.

February 14, 2017 is fast approaching. Executive Chef Nick Melvin’s prix fixe Valentine’s Day dinner menu sets the stage for a romantic night and comes complete with with live music from Le Grand Fromage. LGF features continental sounds with a classic jazz attitude. If you’re sharing the day with someone special, make your dinner reservations soon!

Reservations are $65 per person, or $215 for a party of 4. Supplemental wine pairings available upon arrival for an additional $25 per person. Tax is included in the price of the dinner. Gratuity is not included and will be applied to the your bill at the end of your visit.

Razor Clam Crudo: Chowder Vinaigrette, Green Garlic Aioli, Fried Sourdough

Lyonnaise Salad: Bitter Greens, House Coppa, Sorghum Mustard Vinaigrette, Calabraian Chile 6 Minute Egg

Savannah Shrimp Roll: Uni Mayonnaise, Celery Lemon Salad, Little Tater Chips, New Bay Brioche

Course 3
South Carolina Quail: Fermented Lentil Stew, Grapefruit Dukkah, Mint, Chamomile Froth

Seared Scallop: Jefferson Red Rice, Pickled Sunchoke, Fermented Crab Butter

Gelato Sandwich: Cornmeal Snickerdoodle Cookie, Foie Gras and Salted Caramel Gelato

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Your reservations are very important to the Venkman’s team, it is reserved especially for you, and we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your reservation without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that reservation time, and customers on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive an awesome dining experience. Our reservations are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks ago. Cancellations given less than 24 hour notice, or NO SHOWS, may result in a charge equal to 50% of the prix fixe dinner amount.
